These terms are the agreement between you and Chin Gregory Media LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, for your use of Chin AI. By buying a membership or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Contact us about these terms at support@chingregory.com.
Chin AI is a subscription tool. It gives you an AI assistant trained on Chin Gregory's own material and methods, a set of rooms that produce specific pieces of work such as offers, funnels, emails, webinars and ads, and a checklist built from your answers.
It is a tool you use. It is not done-for-you work, it is not a person, and it does not deliver your business for you.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Your membership is for you. Do not share your login. If you want more than one person in your business to use it, contact us.
Keep your login details to yourself and tell us at support@chingregory.com if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Payment is taken by Whop, our payment provider, and their terms apply to the transaction itself. We never see or store your card details.
Your membership renews automatically at the price and interval shown when you bought it, until you cancel. Founder pricing, where you have it, stays at the price you signed up at for as long as your membership stays active and unbroken.
If we change prices for new members, that does not change yours. If we ever need to change the price of an existing membership we will email you at least 30 days first, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails we may suspend access until it clears.
You can cancel at any time from your account page, in a couple of clicks, with no email required and no one to talk to. Full detail, and your refund rights, are on our Refund and Cancellation page.
You can use everything Chin AI produces for you in your own business, including commercially. The output of your sessions is yours.
If you break these terms we can suspend or close your account. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will tell you first.
You own what you put in and what comes out for your business. You give us permission to store and process it in order to run the service for you.
We own Chin AI itself: the software, the prompts, the playbooks, the method and the curriculum. Nothing in these terms transfers that to you. You get a personal, non transferable right to use it while your membership is active.
Chin AI generates text with a language model. It can be wrong. It can be confidently wrong. It can produce something that reads well and is not right for your business.
You are responsible for checking anything before you use it, publish it, send it or rely on it. That includes claims, numbers, prices, legal wording and anything you put in front of your own customers. We are not responsible for what you publish.
Chin AI gives business and marketing guidance. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If a decision has legal or financial consequences, take proper advice.
We do not guarantee any result, any level of income, or any outcome from using Chin AI. What you get from it depends on your offer, your market, your effort and a great many things outside our control. See our Disclaimer page.
We aim to keep Chin AI available and working, and we do not promise it will never be down. We may change, add or remove features as the product develops. If we remove something significant that you rely on, we will tell you.
The service depends on third parties, including our AI provider and our host. If one of them has an outage, so do we.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or indirect losses. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.
You can cancel any time. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if a payment fails and is not fixed, or if we stop offering the service. If we close the service we will give you reasonable notice and time to download your work.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days first. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we both agree to that.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and it does not stop you bringing a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
